spelling RepoUNACR216652022-10-27T20:18:35Z La integración comercial colombo-venezolano dentro del pacto subregional andino: análisis 1990-1995 Gómez Cabezas, Sonia Rubio Ríos, Arnoldo COLOMBIA COMERCIO INTERNACIONAL INTEGRACIÓN ECONÓMICA RELACIONES ECONÓMICAS INTERNACIONALES COLOMBIA ECONOMIC INTEGRATION INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC RELATIONS INTERNATIONAL TRADE La integración comercial colombo-venezolano dentro del Pacto Subregional Andino: análisis 1990-1995 El presente estudio se orientó a investigar la integración comercial Colombo-Venezolano, dentro del Pacto Subregional Andino, periodo 1990-1995; con el objeto de dar respuesta a los siguientes objetivos generales: Objetivo 1 Evaluar las relaciones comerciales entre Colombia y Venezuela y comparar sus resultados con las relaciones que estos países mantienen con la Comunidad Andina en general y el objetivo 2 Indagar acerca del cumplimiento de los diferentes tópicos suscritos en el acuerdo bilateral entre Colombia y Venezuela; bajo las siguientes hipótesis de trabajo. Hipótesis 1 La relación comercial ente Colombia y Venezuela ha sido la más dinámica en términos relativos que la que ambos han tenido con el conjunto de países que constituyen la Comunidad Andina de Naciones. Hipótesis 2 La puesta en vigencia del acuerdo de la Zona de Libre Comercio entre Colombia y Venezuela, permitió acentuar los cambios en la estructura económica de ambos países y al mismo tiempo logró una mayor armonización de las políticas y los mecanismos relativos al comercio binacional. La investigación fue de tipo no experimental y de tipo descriptiva y explicativa. La fuente de información fue de tipo secundaria; ya que la misma se basó en material publicado a través de textos, revistas y periódicos generados por entes públicos y privados. La información recolectada fue analizada en términos cualitativos y cuantitativos, según fue el objetivo de estudio y la presentación de estos últimos se hizo a través de cuadros, tablas, figuras y gráficos. El análisis y discusión de los resultados permitió, en primer lugar, alcanzar los objetivos propuestos; a la vez que confirmaron las hipótesis de trabajo establecidos en la investigación. The present study was oriented to investigate the Colombo-Venezuelan trade integration, within the Andean Subregional Pact, period 1990-1995; with the purpose of responding to the following general objectives: Objective 1 To evaluate the trade relations between Colombia and Venezuela and compare their results with the relations that these countries maintain with the Andean Community in general and objective 2 To investigate the fulfillment of the different topics subscribed in the bilateral agreement between Colombia and Venezuela; under the following working hypotheses. Hypothesis 1 The commercial relation between Colombia and Venezuela has been the most dynamic in relative terms than the one that both have had with the group of countries that constitute the Andean Community of Nations. Hypothesis 2 The implementation of the Free Trade Zone agreement between Colombia and Venezuela allowed accentuating the changes in the economic structure of both countries and at the same time achieved a greater harmonization of the policies and mechanisms related to binational trade. The research was non-experimental, descriptive and explanatory. The source of information was secondary, since it was based on material published through texts, magazines and newspapers generated by public and private entities. The information collected was analyzed in qualitative and quantitative terms, according to the objective of the study, and the latter was presented in the form of tables, charts, figures and graphs. The analysis and discussion of the results allowed, in the first place, to achieve the proposed objectives; at the same time they confirmed the working hypotheses established in the research.
