Each one with a different methodology; The market study was carried out through the collection of information by a questionnaire applied to a sample for convenience, on the other hand, the technical study was carried out through the application of an interview to the micro-entrepreneurs and the master builder. Also for quotes in warehouses, stores and hardware stores. As for the organizational study, it was carried out at the discretion of the researchers, choosing the appropriate organizational structure for the establishment, therefore the legal / environmental study was done through interviews with those in charge of the different institutions to collect the legal requirements to carry out the project Finally, the financial study was carried out with the collection of information from the previous studies, preparation of cash flows and calculation of financial indicators. Once the results of the five studies have been obtained, they show that there is a potential demand with the characteristics of the project in question, it will also be possible to determine all the investment requirements, on the other hand it is possible to establish a viable organizational model that allows to take advantage of All the resources that the project has, in the legal / environmental part, there is no rule, law or regulation that prevents the development of this project, finally according to the financial indicators the project is determined viable.
