The study investigated the challenges that a middle-aged widow person has to
face in the process of remake a relationship. The study was based on the experiences of
four widows of both sexy, between the ages of fifty-five to sixty years. who work in David
city, and their oportunities to restore a love relationship, through the qualitative paradigm
of a phenomenological descriptive caracter. For data compilation, we apply techniques
such as open and semistructured interviews, focus group, verification of the results and
conclusions by the participants. About thirty categories related to the study were analyzed
and codified. The research was developed over a period of eighteen months and the results
are related to the objetives stablished.
