Personality is the set of qualities that determine a person and their way of expressing themselves before others (Ivencevich, 2005). However, the professional profile is that way of interacting of a person when exercising a profession (Moreno and Marcacccio, 2012). The personality and professional profile are broad themes that have been studied since ancient times, so it is respected that they tend to be personal and unique in each individual and it is necessary to take into account each aspect, both their skills, knowledge, skills, values and to keep in mind where they are most focused, that is to say, to perception, feelings, extroversion; what undicates that are qualities that must be studied cautiously to carry out an adequate development as a citizen
It is a research aimed at investigating and describing the predominance of personality and perception towards the professional profile of the students of the X° Semester of the Psychology degree at Udelas-Panama University.This research is non-experimental, descriptive; conducted with 33 students, in an age range of 22 to 29 years.
The study shows that 63.6% of the population has a good perception of the professional profile and in terms of personality, 18% tend to be extroverted. |
