Sumario: Mental health can be defined as a complete well-being of the person, of their quality of life, balance with their family, social and work environment. The research determines the relationship between psychosocial factors and the mental health of adolescents from the Doleguita school. The objective of the research is to establish the relationship between psychosocial factors and mental health of adolescents from 10 to 14 years of age from the Doleguita school. The research design is non-experimental and the type of study is cross-correlational. It was registered with a total of 54 students of both sexes at the fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth grade levels. A survey was applied to the students and an interview to the teachers. In the results found, psychosocial factors such as age, sex, origin, religion, marital status of the parents, and economy are found if they are associated with adolescent mental health. Mental disorders increase in adolescents, so it is important to carry out research to find the main causes of the problem and thus be able to offer timely and adequate care.
