This work seeks to investigate the structure and functioning of the judicial office of the province of Coclé; important in the development of the accusatory penal system. starting from theories established in the management model for the judicial office of the accusatory criminal system and the procedural guides. Its importance consist in the collection of updated information about the activities realized in the judicial office located in Coclé, its strengths, weaknesses and a proposal to improve detected deficiencies, for the achievement of an accusatory, quick, effective and efficient. This research is of descriptive type, with a mixed methodology. for data collection, a survey was applied to collaborators of the judicial office of the criminal accusatory system of Coclé. We were able to obtain results of some problems that hinder the proper development of the judicial process, among them: reduced number of existing courtrooms, other uses that are given to the hearing rooms and the security risk of all those involved in the process.
