This research study is based on the need to show information relevant to the
training and practice of the special education teacher working in the Panamanian
Institute for special habilitation (I.P.H.E.). This research aims to analyze the
powers possessing this professional and your job performance, in particular those
working in the facilities of schools and programs of the I.P.H.E. - plant. The
research does not intend to manipulate variables, on the other hand, focuses on
assessing the knowledge and performance of this professional in various situations
that are required for effective performance.
The research is based on the analysis of information collected through two (2)
types of instruments such as the survey subjects in study and a semi-structured
interview addressed to managers and supervisors who are responsible for the
direct support of this process. Finally, the information offered by professional
trainers of teachers of special education, from your experience and direct
execution at the University, which allows conclusions and recommendations in
reference to the topic of study. |
