Sumario: This project aims to contribute a self-instructive manual on deafblindness for teachers of the extension of the IPHE in Tocumen. To define the term deafblind disability, it refers to that which represents visual and auditory deficiencies regardless of the degree of deficiency and whose combination causes communication problems. Here we will clearly explain the basic needs of this type of people and some key information that will allow us to know everything about this disability. The deaf people are a population that collectively needs a specific educational intervention, through the teaching work in the classroom. This project aims to expand the knowledge related to deaf blindness and other multiple disabilities, with the purpose of knowing what types of media are there to communicate with these people, so that we will have the opportunity to help and improve the different aspects of educational life. In addition, we will address the description of the intervention proposal that accompanies the elements, such as: the justification, objectives, areas of intervention, methodology, resources, identification and evaluation of procedures and assessment instruments, which will help teachers to make decisions about the curricular measures to be presented in response to the needs of deaf-blind disabilities, which they present at the center, classroom and individually.
