Sumario: In the childhood, it is necessary the development of sexual education, first through different orientation by parents is where the patterns of sexual behavior and the different convictions of morality and values are referenced, school provides sexual information in a more wide sense including the biological, psychological, ethical and social aspects based on pedagogical approaches that lead the individual to know the aspects of pedagogical orientations for a sexual education in children with difficulty in learning. The investigation is circumscribed in a qualitative approach under a nonexperimental design. the sexual education is an essential part for the development and formation of the personality of the human being, it departs from the premise in the formulation of the objective in distinguishing the influence that the pedagogical orientations exerts in the topic of sexual education, to achieve the objectives set is established a systematic planning of the data collection methods, being the survey and a knowledge test used as instruments in this inquiry. the development of the personality requires a dynamic and interactive educational approach that fits the difficulty in learning, presented by the student, the teachers have optimal pedagogical strategies to approach the topic of sexual education and to pay attention to the diversity of the population, but they lack of programs regulated by the board of education which work as methodological guie to approach the topic sexual education.
