Sumario: The professional practice began in October 2017, and finishded on February 26, 2018, where we worked with five individuals (three male and two female), ages 28 to 56, we offered individual attention by the psychology section of the National Police, the main objective is to implement psychotherapeutic interventions in order to improve the psychological states of the police units. To implement the therapies in the police institution, the corresponding evaluations that consisted of an interview, two psychological tests, and a correlation of all the scientific instruments used were made in order to make a clinical diagnosis which yielded the following results; 29% of the tendencies are diagnosed by domestic violence, 29% by anxiety, depression greater than 14%, colopathy 14% and couple situations 14%. Based on the diagnoses, the following psychotherapeutic treatments were applied according to the individual needs of the beneficiary population. Cognitive, behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy and psychoeducational interventions were applied to patients with problems of domestic violence, major depression, emotional lack of control. Significant changes in mood state were subsequently observed in the population served, where they said they were more relaxed and with positive thoughts, improvements in working relationships and relationships
