Sumario: As part of the Bachelor in Education and Educational Administration weekend Plan of the University Center of the South West of the University of San Carlos of Guatemala, based in Mazatenango, Suchitepequez is necessary to apply the different research concerning the thesis prior to obtain the title of Bachelor. Since it constitutes the research phase after completion of the process of extension and teaching of supervised practice. This research is presented as a technical report is structured as follows. Chapter I, in the design promptly exposed thesis: The problem statement, problem definition, objectives and hypotheses. Chapter II then constitutes guidelines that arise for the researcher achieved a dip in the social reality, inclinations when framing. Chapter III consists of the theoretical foundation and reporting of empirical data collected in the National Institute of Diversified Education Mazatenango, integrated coherently through a speech that talks about "Teaching Technical support as a strategy for academic development at the Institute Diversified Mazatenango National Education ". In Chapter IV the analysis and discussion is contemplated joining the tabulation process and field information. The conclusions set out in Chapter V, made from the title of the research "Technical support teaching as a strategy for academic development at the National Institute of Education Diversified Mazatenango" and the objective. So the recommendations are also set on the basis of the conclusions. Finally the literature that supports the theoretical basis of the report, culminating in the annexes are displayed. II
