Education in the country of Guatemala faces many difficulties, from the coverage, insufficient for the vast student population teachers and infrastructure. At the mention of the administration as a factor that determines the achievement of good administration of schools where school buildings are shared and meet providing an educational service quality according to the minimum requirements of globalization.
In educational institutions are always problems in relation to use of the school building. Somehow in some cases there have been serious problems between them administrators and teachers to the extent of engaging students. But if it has an efficient educational administrator seeking viable solutions to the benefit of the two working days, that can benefit the entire school community.
For conducting the research he came to the school, where two working days from the urban area of the municipality of Santo Domingo Suchitepéquez, where ballots surveys of teachers were applied and directors to compare the accuracy and reveal the factors that affect the work administration of school buildings.
The importance of scientific research lies in knowing the social problems through the results and provide solutions to them, it is also valuable as a reference for readers interested essentially in the educational process offered by the National Institute of Education basic and diversified the municipality of Santo Domingo Suchitepéquez.
