This research has the general objective to determine the importance of effective
communication and its impact on organizational behavior of educational
administrators in the municipality of San Antonio Suchitepéquez.
For it began with the problem statement given in the Educational Institution
analyzing the context of the investigation.Following the methodological description
which is given to know the techniques that were used in the study, and the
technique of the bibliographic and documentary research, also used as an
instrument of direct observation and application of survey ballots, creating a deep
field study that led to the approval or disapproval of the hypothesis.
We proceeded with the theoretical framework that supports the theory of the
research literature, and present the analysis and discussion of results,which it was
made considering the theoretical framework provided important elements related to
educational administration, communication and organizational behavior; what
constitutes a general research to find solutions to an existing social phenomenon in
Education of the aforementioned municipality.
