Sumario: Currently students are dealing with a non-native language which is English. When they are in high school, this could be one reason for the lack of interest in learning a different language; another reason could be the native language that interferes in the learning process. Therefore, teachers represent a major role in the English teaching process, as they are responsible for motivating students to learn the language at the same time teachers are responsible for the lack of students’ motivation. This research focuses on analyzing the main factors that affect the teachinglearning process; in fact, the research focuses on the influence of the English learning process. But the most important aspect is to analyze how the English reading skill is developed and how it affects the teaching-learning process in the eighth grade students at Villa Libertad School. Finally, in this research will be discussed a possible solution for the classroom conditions in order to improve and motivate students to learn the English reading skill because it is considered that the classroom conditions are very important for having a good environment for the reading acquisition.
