The use of language or pragmatic skill is a fundamental aspect on children’s development, which often allows them to establish contact with others, like the family, school and social environment. Pragmatic’s alteration affects the narrative, the communicative intention, and the structuring of the language among other aspects. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of positive reinforcement on pragmatic skills’ stimulation of a 6 years old child with language disorder. To achieve the purpose, we proceed to elaborate an intervention proposal based on reinforcement that is measured through a pre-test and post-test process. The results indicate that there is a significant improvement in the use of language in its different dimensions, also in other skills such as auditory association and verbal expression. |
