The study evaluates the degree of relationship that exists between the Job
Satisfaction and the Organizational Commitment of the personnel that works at
the national level in the Dean of Student Affairs of the Universidad
Especializada de las Americas (UDELAS), for this a survey has been applied
to the 67 collaborators to obtain an understanding of the staff situation and
propose a documented and feasible proposal that can be accepted by the
administration of the institution. It was found that between Satisfaction and
Commitment there is no relationship and only a positive relationship is
evidenced in the hypothesis that associates the retribution dependence with job
satisfaction. No relationship was found between other independent and
dependent variables. It is concluded by presenting the proposal to increase the
physical spaces in a period of three years, implement a training program
according to their aspirations and equalization of the remuneration, observing
case by case. |
