Cancer disturbs all the individuals in the family and the child, covering all perspectives of their lives. Indecision, stress and anxiety are concurrent throughout the illness, even when intervened. Families must positively support the circumstance generated by the appearance of the disease in order to fight against it and preserve family life in the best possible way (Castillo and Chesl, 2003). For this reason, this research seeks to answer the goal of structuring and validating workshops for the management of parents of children with oncological diseases. The research design is quasi - experimental, pretest - posttest, seeks to measure the level of stress in parents with children with cancer through an intervention program for stress management. According to the results the most significant data in the check that the study program highlighted with a level of significance of 0.03. In conclusion, it was possible to bring a change in the reduction of stress in the participants.
