The present study was carried out in order to determine the approach of multiple sclerosis in patients aged 30 to 45 years attending the National Association of People with Multiple Sclerosis Family and Friends. For this, the research was developed under a non-experimental design study, field type and descriptive level. In this regard, the population consisted of eighty (80) patients from 30 to 45 years who attend the National Association of People with multiple sclerosis Relatives and Friends and the sample corresponded to the number of eighty (80) patients, therefore the sampling was intentionally selective. Regarding the technique used corresponded to the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire, which was developed in two parts, the first reflection of the general data of the patients, in the second part the questions about the multiple sclerosis approach will be applied in patients from 30 to 45 years. However, it was obtained that this condition affects the daily functions of people, although it is true to one with greater severity and others with mild symptoms, although its incidence considerably prevents carrying out certain activities that could be normal for a person who does not suffer from this disease.
