Sumario: The educational project carried out was a teacher training, as a methodological strategy for the incorporation of the use of technological tools (ICT) within the Educational Center, Berta Elida Fernandez, located in the district of Chame, which involved 50 teachers interested in acquiring new technological knowledge; allowing to improve the skills and abilities applied within the classroom, leaving a positive impact not only to teachers but also to students, who are part of the campus. The methodology used for this training, had essential components, first, a survey was conducted taking as a sample a small population of students and teachers to know and detect if they developed their classes based on technological tools. This survey was carried out at the beginning and at the end of the training, which allowed monitoring the changes in teachers that the project had proposed. Then a basic course was designed using the chamilo platform, which allowed access to selected teachers for this training. The platform had activities to develop during a month, guided and designed by the research teachers. Teachers had to present their daily activities according to the topics covered during the month and qualification was granted for each activity completed, for the progress of the next module. The impact of the course that was observed in these educators was important since 9% who handled the Tic was updated to 91% in handling the TICS tool
