Sumario: Utilizing the Laplace transform, an algorithm is shown that solves the partial differential equation, product from the application of the Fick ́s second law of diffusion. The solution of the equation is simple and does not require potential or Fourier series, among other arguments, and it can be easily used for diffusion processes through cellular membranes.
